Interested in transferring to a different department within Cherry? We understand and want our employees to enjoy coming to work so correct placement is key at COL. In order for an employee to be considered for a transfer, the following guidelines must be met:

​

  1. Team members must let their manager and/or Erin know of wanting to transfer.
  2. Team members must be employed for a minimum of 120 days.
  3. Team members must be meeting goals and expectations in their current department and be in good standing (no recent/open corrective action).
  4. A team member’s attendance record will be a huge factor in the consideration of transfer approval.
